Cushion Covers On Amazon

Just put 6 cushion covers in the basket and at the checkout realised the delivery was more than twice the cost of the items. Is there a way round this please? Do you get free delivery if you have Prime or does that depend on something else?

Yes, I have prime and get free delivery. I shop a lot on Amazon so it's worth it to us.

Morrisons are on Amazon as well so you can get your food delivered.

Top left of page click 'free delivery by amazon' to show items that qualify. Not all do. This also ensures you can easily return stuff if need be.

I don't have Prime but I only order when I have £20+ of qualifying stuff to buy, so I never pay delivery.

This is one of the cushion covers. As the 6 covers came to just
over £20, I thought delivery would be free, but they were charging £38.47 for delivery.

There are some sellers offering free delivery on the right but they've incorporated the postage into the price.

If you click the box top left on the search page as previously suggested you'll see goods that are available as such.

I usually buy from ebay for things like this, but didn't see any I liked.
Perhaps if it's free delivery, it might cost a bit more, but I will take a look.

If you click on the name of the seller, you'll see where they are based. Choose a UK seller for reliable service and reasonable postage prices.

Much easier and cheaper to return goods to a UK company, too.
It can be an expensive nightmare returning goods to China

Some companies sell cheap but charge over the odds for postage to get the price they want. E.g. Some will advertise items at 1p but charge 9.99 postage and packing I just add the two figures and decide if the item is worth the total. As cushion covers can easily be a tenner each the total per item would not be unreasonable. I suspect these will be thin as sheeting and not worth the price. Try to cancel, as it is far easier than returning to China or whereever.
