I've never used them but this is a banner on the website:
"Goods orders may take a few days longer than usual to arrive. Please be assured our team is working extra hard to ensure your item is delivered on time. We kindly request you allow a few extra days for your order to arrive before getting in touch.

Due to an increase in volumes, orders shipped with royal mail can take more time than expected."

Where is the item you bought coming from? Have you tried contacting the seller rather than groupon? There should be a contact link within the listing
They are not known for speedy delivery.
I've used them a couple of years ago and delivery was bad even then.

im not sure barry and when i try to contact them it just says what item do you want to contact about i click on the item then it just gives me tracking option or product description no way to ask where it is etc everyone should boycott groupon they are scum
Can you post a link to the item?
scum because a parcel is delayed in the post?
If it's in transit, isn't it out of their hands? Was delivery time stated when you placed the order?
Groupon doesn't actually sell the products and services on its website. It only sells vouchers which enable customers to buy such goods and services from its advertisers at discounted rates. So it won't be Groupon that has posted (or will post) your goods; it's the individual company behind the offer. As Groupon doesn't vet the firms who advertise special deals through its website, some will do far better or worse than others when it comes to dispatching goods promptly.

So it's not Groupon that you should be chasing up but the company behind the specific offer that you've taken up.
