M&S A Online Returns

Now online orders are paperless, you can’t just take the item back to store. You have to print a Royal Mail Return sticker but have to sign into your account first. I can’t remember my password and tried four times to get a new one which they haven’t sent to my email. So I tried to register, to be told I already registered. I hadn’t logged in to buy the item I used the Guest option. Help please, hopefully from a M&S colleague. The phone is only answered by a robot who tells me to go online for a Royal Mail Returns sticker. I am going round in circles.

Maybe they have the wrong email or you used the wrong email address or user name on the lost password bit? Or maybe check your spam folder?

Have you checked your email spam folder? That's probably where the link to reset your password has been ending up.

Have you still got the order confirmation e-mail they sent you, if so just print it off and take them into the store. I did not have any problem, in fact the assistant was nearly ecstatic that I had the print out, sounds like they can still do it but makes it harder for them without.

I Only have one email and nothing in spam folder. I will try taking back to store, as this has never been a problem in the past. Why do they make things awkward??
