Goods Never Received But Money Taken……
26 Answers
The last week in November I was talking to a good friend about what to get Youngsmow for Xmas. He knew what football team he was mad about & sent me a link to a specific football shirt on a certain website. I clicked link, went straight thru to website, shirt, description etc etc. was perfect. Filled in payment details, money came out of bank within 2 days. Have never received shirt.
On looking closer it seems it’s a U.S. company which I hadn’t realised but should have still arrived. I’ve looked and have emailed them, have filled in their CONTACT US details several times - nothing. I never even got an email confirming my order so I don’t have an order number.
Am happy to name company if anyone knows anything about them??
But does anyone any bright ideas or just write it off as a bad experience?? X

For this amount of money, it’s probably not worth the letter writing and form-filling involved in trying to make a chargeback.
In any case, the bank would probably expect you to wait several weeks before initiating a chargeback given the Christmas post situation. These days you could also easily find yourself being charged nearly as much again in fees and customs charges if it does turn up.
