I've Bought A Car A Lot Quicker

Went into a Decathylen today got to the checkout, self service. At the checkout you place your items inside what I would call a black container /box, in turn this electronically reads and scans what you have bought without you actually scanning it, fine that's ok, until you have to navigate your way round the ruddy screen.
First question Do you have a voucher no, then it takes the screen forever to continue. Second question do you have an email address, well I do like many but i didn't want to give it to them or any other shop, so you then have to scan the screen yourself because there's not an obvious opt out button, manage to find it after several seconds had gone by, then it takes even more time for a new page to appear.
Third question, Whats your address, again same, play about until you find a way out of answering that one, wait again for a new page to appear.
Forth question. How much do you want to give to the charity below, it just went on and on before I finally got to pay, all this hassle while 3 young girls stood there in Decathylen uniforms do nothing but playing about.
This is the real joke I wanted one item that cost a massive £1.45, the receipt that came out of the checkout was 13" long and I'm not kidding.
Will I ever enter the place again. Naaaaa

First the High Street banks disappeared, then till servers (save for slow ones on 1 maybe 2 tills to encourage you to do it yourself gor free). What next ? Make a stand, vote with your feet (and buying power) before everything is lost.

Who goes to a shop anyway? I do TTT. Why would you.
Because I wanted a weight to make a plumb line., and they sell small weights that people use to go fishing with. And I was passing so why not call in opposed to ordering this small cheap item on line and paying postage. Hope this answers your question.
