All are okay assuming its a standard office type role, but it depends on the job..... may not look right in mechanics garage or on a building site or factory floor.... but I'd spend alot more time thinking about what to say and ask during your interview. Which role is this for?
Good luck
The first one, definitely.

The skirt's too high for a business interview with the second one and leopard skin prints, as in the third one, are never 'formal'.

Warehouse post
If you came to an interview in a posh frock, with painted nails and jewellery I would think you would not be suitable for a dirty cold warehouse job, I would be looking for someone in clean, tidy jeans or trousers and trainers not someone looking like they are going on a night on the town.
I don't think it being a warehouse position means nail varnish is out of the question. It depends on what the job requires of course.
Abbey, I think the first is most suitable. It's fairly conservative and a good length.
What is the job description, and is it something you'd be willing to stick with for a good few months?
I'd go with the first, the most 'neutral'.

You want to create an impression, not an impact, they are not the same thing.

Good luck.
pasta seriously wouldn't you be worried that someone with glamorous clothes and painted nails would be worried about chipping them when handling goods in a warehouse?

I wore gloves in my last job
What are you doing up at this time? Did you go on your date?
Proctologist gloves?
The first one is the best of a questionable bunch, in my opinion.
They're all suitable. Good luck with the interview.
Abbey, how about a nice pair of slim cigarette trousers and a nice top? Smart casual.
I really like these - might get a pair myself:

Agree with those who say neat pants and a plain top/jacket for a w-house job. First dress is fine for an office job - sensible shoes with a very low heel or flats......keep the Louboutins in the closet ready for any date later.
Abbey isn't asking for ideas for different outfits. She's asking which of these dresses she should wear.
Couldn't agree more, DT :-)
I think 'none of them for a warehouse interview' is a suitable answer naomi... but could add 'but if you got nothing else suitable then 1 is best'
I'd be happy to interview someone wearing those dresses for a warehouse job, bob. They're respectable enough. I'd be less impressed by someone who was letting it all hang out ... so to speak. :o)
If I was the Personnel Manager at the Warehouse, I wouldn't give a heck what the interviewee was wearing as long as she could give a good account of herself and seemed up to the job.

However, to answer the question - No. 1.
