Type of necklace chain

I'm looking into making my own jewellery, mainly for me to wear, but i cant for the life of me figure out what this type of chain is called. I have it, its like silver metal, lots of little balls all attached to each other, and it fastened by a metal kind of tube. I think it's also used in like keyrings, to attach price tags to items etc. Thanks! xxxxxxxxxxxxx
