Almost sure i heard on the radio today that at the address where the suspect was located, more body parts were found.

What a peculiar thing to say (notwithstanding the general bizarre- and icky-ness of the entire situation).

Is his boss one of the victims.....or did his boss order him to do this?

To take body parts by train/taxi from London to throw off the Clifton bridge - seems bizarre & not something a sane person might do. IMV

He meant that his boss had phoned in sick that morning, so he had to take over the logistics for that day.

 

Clifton suspension bridge is a long way from Shepherds Bush, so clearly they wanted to throw the police off the scent. I suspect they intended to sling the cases off the side into the river, but the bridge has nets to stop would be suicides, so that wouldn't work. Plus the place is apparently manned full time, so it was an unwise choice for that reason too.
