Ollech and Wajs

I recently found my dads old watch while i was rummaging through their attic!

Ive worked out its a Ollech and Wajs but wanted to find a bit more out about it!

Its got a beautiful chunky engraved brown leather strap and is probably from about 1965!

Any ideas?!

O&W watches were sold at the cheaper end of the 'quality' market. So, if someone says that your father's watch "was only a cheap watch", they're telling the truth but, equally, if someone describes it as a "quality watch", they're also being truthful!
