Unsold hand magazines sold in market - where ?

In response to question 181444, "Where do all the mazagines go ?", a person replied that in a local town, a newsagent passed on unsold magazines (women's monthly magazines etc.) to a market for selling.


I am interested to see if I can buy them cheaper, does anyone know which market / where this can be done.
