has anyone ever had a face like barbie?

I read a few weeks ago about a woman who'd had thousands of pounds worth of plastic surgery to make herself look like barbie... though I have to say... I didn't really think she did!

Does this mean she had already possesed a brain like Barbies? Did her boyfriend Ken pay for the surgery?

This is going off the face bit, but still fairly interesting...

I'm sure I read somewhere that if Barbie were a real woman, she couldn't be alive because her dimensions are completely wrong, and her eyes would be way too big for her brain to be able to cope with.
