A couple of weeks ago whilst in TK Maxx, I saw a beautiful soft camel coloured, buttons on shoulder, Elgin Cashmere jumper, which was on the reduced rail, but still showing the full price of �69.99. I asked the cashier how much it had been reduced to & was astounded to find it was only �5. Even the cashier's were taken aback, but that's how much they charged me! It's a perfect fit too!

I carried on shopping & came across a pair of dark brown leather Scholl wedge type loafer shoes, which were reduced from �49.99 to �19.99! I snapped these up too & they look great with my jeans & trousers.

Has anyone else found such bargains in a store before, 'specially at TK Maxx?

saw a top in Debenhams once for �30 down to �10 on one of their sale days....got to the checkout and it scanned at �5.....thank you very much i'll take two!

TKMaxx do have good bargains but to be honest the one in our city is always such a shambles i can't be bothered to look through everything to find something worthwhile. If the place was a bit more organised maybe i'd find loads

It was the first time I'd ever stepped foot inside a TK Maxx store mkt - so you can imagine how chuffed I was on walking out with a couple of real bargains!

I must admit, like you, I wouldn't have had the patience to trawl through loads of jumbled up clothes, but this particular jumper just caught my eye as I was walking past the rail - it was the camel colour you see - I love it.

I wanted to buy a top for my boyfriend a few months ago and I was looking at some Jeff Banks polo shirts in Debenhams. They were all �20 except for XL which was �25 (the size I wanted!) (They were all full price by the way - no sales!!).

A sales assistant started chatting to me and I said that I liked this particular top but resented paying an extra �5 just to have the size I wanted. He said to me "I'm not supposed to say this to you, but just take it to the till, and Happy Christmas!". A little confused, I went to the till and asked if they could check the price for me and it was only a pound!! Apparently some other Jeff Banks items had been in the sale and when they came to putting the prices back up to full price they messed it all up and ended up putting the full price items down instead!!

My best bargain was at a designer outlet place last year when I was looking for something to wear to a posh wedding. The dress I bought was reduced from �179 to �29.

I feel the same as mkt about TK Maxx...our local branch resembles a jumble sale. The last time I braved a visit was on last years frock hunt. I found some gorgeous dresses but they all seemed to be either size 6 or size 28 with nothing in between. Bah humbug!

Hi my friends rave about tk maxx so being female and loving a bargain off i went, stepped in the shop and as many have said it was just a shambles it was like a boot sale everything just chucked everywhere i have yet come across anything in there but well done i love it when you grab a bargain unexpectidly

i got a pair of miss sixty trainers from tkmaxx for �9 bargin!!!

The TK Maxx store we went to wasn't too bad, probably because it has only been open a short while. So p'raps in time, it may start to resemble a jumble sale like the others!

It's the one on the new extended bit of the Hemel Hempstead shopping Centre, near Debenhams.

I got a 3/4 length brown leather coat reduced from �300 to �50. I'd always fancied one but wouldnt pay that for it!

Also a black silk party dress reduced from �55 to �10

Great to see you've all managed to find great bargains too.

I even noticed men's really nice brown leather shoes, priced at �59.99 down to �19.99, which my husband would like.

I bet we'll be going back there again soon.
