What about cream hat, shoes and bag?
I would say cream too!!
Question Author
thanx she really apreciates advice at the moment.

I agree with cream, we have an elegant Roland Cartier sling back pointed toe, low but slim heel, detailed bow over the toe, with matching slim clutch bag, on sale at 43.25 the shoes and 40 the bag. Sizes 3-8 including half sizes, shoes should be 60 and so should the bag. Check them out in Debenhams on The shoe collection., hats to match are in the Debs debut range too.

thanks dot.hawkes , will try thereshe is desperate at the moment someone told her navy but it doesn't look right.
me too, cream all the way!!!!
ask for cornfield by cartier
i have a mother of the bride/groom shop and we always say head and shoulders the same colour. if you go for hat and shoes the same colour u tend to look like a sandwich!!
or darker plum? pale pink?
shoes need to be black as i got married in lilac and accessorised with black but had no hat

INEJ did the shop not have a hat for the outfit? as i said she should wear the same colour hat but maybe cream or black or pearlised grey accessories

I would say a nice pale mint green, and NEVER black. It would drag a colourful outfit down into the doldrums.

Providing that the lavender isn't too pale, it could take a red/scarlet shade.

Thank you all for your help , my nan still can't make up her mind and only days to go ,she told pass on a thank for for all the advice you are all giving xx bella sasha my nan didn't feel right with any of the hats on display , i think that is what holding her back to be honest with you.

Perhaps a darker purple hat and matching pashmina shawl and gloves. Back or navy shoes with a matching handbag.

Or cream accessories throughout.
