Paying Staff on Easter Sunday.
Although I am aware that it is optional to pay staff extra on Bank Holidays, but what about Easter Sunday?
Are there any legal requirements about how much staff should be paid for working on Easter Sunday? As I am aware that some shops aren't even allowed to open?

(Incidentally, this is due to Sunday Trading laws and has nothing to do with employment law.)
In any other business, the fact that this Sunday falls between Good Friday & Easter Monday is of no consequence.
