Wool material

Hi, I'm after some bright blue (think deep sky blue) wool to make a coat. I'm copying one I saw a lady wearing while in Rotterdam recently. Since this colour is rare for wool, does anyone know any shops/mail order places/websites where I can get 4m or so? Fell in love with the coat so prepared to pay quite a bit for the right fabric. Thanks :-)
