im looking for a specific type of fabric, and i dont know what its called. its sort of velvety, but feels kind of like suede. its really soft and you usually find it on pillows, or kids toys. so if anyone knows of this sorta suedy-velvety type fabric, thank you!

i think it might have longer 'hairs' or if suedette does i cant quite see it in the photos online

i don't mean the leather type I mean the soft synthetic type but it is of the same or similar name but my brain is addled today.
Cotton Moleskin? Looks like suede but is backed with cotton .
I have cushion covers made from it and you get skirts ,jackets,etc. made from it. It's a synthetic.A sort of microfibre.
