I had recently purchased a Tevion DVD fplayer from Aldi. I have been using it from time to time untill recently when it started to sound like it has an engine. I want to get in touch with Tevion to let them. Unfotunately I have no number for them. Can anyone assist pls?.

I think you would need proof of the date of purchase , such as the receipt or a bank statement, if a debit card was used.
Your contract is with Aldi not with Tevion,and it is Aldi's responsibility to put matters right.However if the DVD player is more than 12 months old ,you will have to deal with Tevion. Good luck.
