Where do you buy/rent cheap Helium or Balloon Gas from?

Hello, I need some help!
It's coming up to my other halves 21st Birthday and I have bought balloons etc to decorate with, and now I am looking for the helium and it costs a fortune! Does anyone know where I can get helium or lesser quality balloon gas for a reasonable price! I'm not rich, definitely not rich enough to pay the current asking price for a bit of gas! lol! If anyone has any contacts or suggestions I would be more than happy to listen!! thanks!

where abouts do u live as there is a helium gas hire place near me.

Hello, I live in the North West in East Lancashire xxx

I have seen it in ASDA. Can`t remember exactly how much but do recall that it was reasonable.
