legal girl, recently posted similar question in body and soul. i've got the same problem. my dads going to be 70!!

exactly! and the worse thing is we'll have to go through all this again next year. just had a great idea - buying birthday prezzies should stop when the recipient turns 60!!!

I agree totally; my Gran always opens presents and says "I don't know why you've got me this" so, yes, I vote to stop presents when the pension starts!
going back to the original question. i did find a website where you can buy a title. so my dad would then legally be known as Lord**** didn't know if this was too cheesy though. the kids liked the idea of grandad being a Lord.

That's quite a good one; come to think of it I think I've seen that too before. We've got no children, but its still certainly something different.
