MSN Encounters errors whenever on webcam

When I go on webcam, to anyone, it works fine, but after a random time, can be 10 seconds, can be 1 hour, MSN encounters an error. This never happens when im not on webcam. Re-installed webcam many times, still no luck.
MSN 7.5, WIth MSN+ Installed. Labtec Webcam pro.
