Hen night ideas please !

Hello ! I have just been nominated "hen night's organiser" for my friend's hen night! :-) however, I've only been to one, and it was a boss, so I didn't get many ideas from it...My friend wants something quite low key (ie: no white limo or trip to Ibiza! ), she just wants to stay in Belfast, and maybe do a night in the pub/club. Also, her mother and aunt will be there, so a stripper is out of the question ! ( dammit...). Can you give me some tips as to what I can do to make her night memorable without going over the top? Don't know if this is of any help, but i see a hen party the other week, dressed up as builders, you know the ones like in the carling advert where the women are working on the building site, to say they were centre of attention was the understatement of the year

lol ! that'd be a great idea if her mum and aunt weren't a bit err...prudish ( Italian, quite conservatory.)...I think the dressing up will be limited to cowboy hats and an L plate ! But keep the ideas coming, that one was good! how about games and fun stuff to do ? the mum and aunt don't speak english, so we can go "dirty" with the jokes....;-)

hire a small coach and go somewhere like blackpool or some seaside town.

I did a quiz for the 2 hen nights I've been to. Make up some questions about her partner, and ask him the answers. Things like who would you be if you were a super hero, what thing scares you the most. Then you make up other answers so it's multiple choice. Give out envelopes containing questions to all the other people at the party, and get 1 prize per question. Each person asks their question, and if the hen gets it right, she gets a prize, and if she gets it wrong, the person asking the question gets the prize.
