Sadly no.

Any retailer can refuse to sell you an item, be it wrongly priced or whatever.

do you think i would be better waiting for stock to come in on the internet site?
Did they say your size would become available? I guess the choice is really yours....do you wait and see if becomes available later or do you stump up the extra 35.00.

What reasons did they give you for saying it would cost you more to get the London store's coat?

a little update, have just spoken to the carnaby street store and spoke to the assistant manager who was most helpful. She said she will call the head office on tuesday just to see if she can send me it for the 110.00 quoted on the webiste. She is gonna leave me a voicemail on tuesday to give me a update.I cant ask anymore than that can i..?
I looked at a price from a Tom Tom navigator from Comet on the internet some time ago, and it was 10 cheaper than in the shop. ( I went to the shop so I didn't have to wait for it). The manager let me have it for the internet price. Good luck with your coat purchase.
Good luck chris, let us know how you get on.

just an update my friends,i ordered my coat from the carnaby street henri lloyd store, and why my payment was being processed by the 3rd party who does it.They managed to debit my card for 2 amounts of 151.00,so this gave me reason to complain and guess what...?,i got my coat for the 110 but it seems the coat i seen online is the 2005 range and the coat in-store is the 2006 range. So i guess i got more than i should have lol but henri lloyd are very nice people to deal with
