I purchased an item that came to me broken, the company said they would send a courier to pick it up.
31st August between 9am -6pm NEVER CAME
arranged for a second time 05 September 3pm NEVER CAME. I am taking time off work to be there for pick ups and making phone call after phone call.
What are my rights?
