its my girlfreinds 21st next week, any suggestions for any presents that are especially for a 21st and where to get them? i've already got her main presents, just want something to mark her 21st. something nice, possibly romantic or something to make her heart melt etc any ideas?

thats an idea, but would it look like im being tight or thoughtfull, as her mum owns a florist, and i would be in big trouble if i got them from elsewhere.

but you jave got her other stuff. If she calls you tight then she's a bit selfish. Doesnt matter how much they are or whether she thinks you got them free it the thought surely. The roses is a great idea. Dont go for the key, many people think they are tacky and dont wear them, would be a waste

You could make her a little 21st year package full of lots of very current things that she could keep forever like a time capsule. Off the top of my head it could include a newspaper from the day of her birthday, a CD of current songs she likes that were released this year (put the dates on the CD sleeve). It could include whatever books, DVD's etc are at the top of their respective charts on her birthday. A copy of a magazine based around her interests, or even just a copy of Vogue. Whatever current kids crazes are etc etc etc you get the picture. Put it all in a lovely box with some form of info that it is a 'snapshot' in time of her 21st year.

This would be easy to put together without too much expense and you would win serious brownie points for thoughtfulness. If you do it well it will hopefully be something she will keep till she is old to reminisce over!

I actually wanted items with 21 on for my birthday, I had a very nice cup which you can get fom most card shops, and a set with a key saying 21, a champagne glass with 21 on and a small bottle of champagne all presented in a plastic box. There are also 21 jewellery pendants etc!
Good luck! If i were you go for the champagne 12 set - very impressive :)
