DS only.
I don't recall any Nintendo games ever being ported to other systems. So I doubt it'll ever be on anything but the DS.

The Brain Training games have been hugely successful in Japan. I think at one point both the original and it's sequel occupied the number 1 and 2 spot in the game charts which has never happened before. So I'm sure someone will copy the idea.
