tomato & zesty orange sauce

help! i have lost a recipe for a sauce for oily fish such as mackerel. all i can remember is tomatos and orange zest, but cant recall any other ingredients or the method, other than that it is cooked ie its not a cold sauce. its a particularly good sauce becuase the zesty orange cuts thru the oiliness of the fish and weve got mackerel tonight.
