Sheet Holders/clips

Hi, I work in a unit where the beds now have plastic coated mattresses (for infection control) but the flat sheets we use slip off the beds constantly. We arn't allowed fitted sheets because of the stringent laundry requirements & the machinery doesn't take fitted sheets. I've found some sheet holders/clips/suspenders which would be good, online, but only from USA. Does anyone know if anywhere in UK sell these? Or any ideas what would keep the 4 corners from slipping. You'd be making some teenagers who hate making beds very happy indeed!
