Does anyone know the best deal for purchase and / or rental of a mobile phone in the following circumstances ?

For emergency use in car ONLY ie breakdowns / hold ups

You can pick up really cheap pay as you go mobiles for less than 20 pounds.( motorola do one) Its not got a colour screen or anything fancy but it does the job adequately..and as a pay as you go yo ucan then have say a fiver on it at all times
