Narrow shoes!

Unfortunately, it seems the only part of my body which is overly slim are my feet, and it is a huge problem buying shoes. I have very flat, thin, size 8 feet. They look beautifully elegant but have proved extremely awkward for many years now! The top of any shoes are too high, the straps are too long and the outsides of them hang off my feet so they don't stay on. I see special 'Wide fitting' shoes everywhere nowadays, but I wondered whether anyone has ever seen 'Narrow fitting' ones anywhere? It would save me a fortune in having them made!
