Tesco Online Questionnaire

Has anyone yet received their �40 for filling out the online questionnaires?? I have been told I have to fill out 13 before 6 Feb and I have filled out the only 9 they sent me, now they say if I fill out one more I will get �10. Something wrong here !!

Unfortunately I don't any more, I just fill them out when they email me, but I know the company dealing with their market research - Nunwood.

Oh, I see. The reason I ask, is that I received an email forwarded on from a friend which said, if you fill in this Sainsbury's questionaire, you wil receive a certain amount -can't remember how much now. Anyway, I didn't bother & I'm glad I didn't because it turned out to be a wind up! Hope this doesn't apply to the Tesco one you received too.

You could always look up Tesco's Customer Service telephone number & give them a call just to make sure.

Thanks, I have since received this email from them:

.....To access the diaries you can use the links that have been sent on previous e-mails. The link sent on these e-mails can be used more than once to fill in a diary thus you will be able to complete enough diaries to qualify for the vouchers.......

However, I wasn't told at the time, now they are telling me when it is too late.

Typical eh? They don't mind taking your custom, but not in too much of a hurry to resiprocate!

I bought a DVD in Tesco last week & had a voucher in my bag reading ' Use this voucher before the 28 Feb to gain an extra 500 points, when buying any DVD. I forgot to hand over the voucher, so went in the next day, only to be told "You should have handed it in on the day of purchase".

I asked them to show me on the voucher or reciept where it said that, but they couldn't! I asked if they could make a special consession because of this, but they wouldn't budge.

I walked out in disgust saying I'd email Head Office, but I couldn't be botthered. I just won't buy any more DVD's in there again - so they're the ones losing out!
