Has anyone else had problems with Freemans customer service? I have never had to deal with such a rubbish company, I have had more than one member of staff hang up on me, and I wasn't being rude, offensive or abusive. I ordered a 3 piece suite for my sister and it took 15 weeks to come - every time I rang I was just fobbed off with different dates and them saying they couldn't do anything other than fax the supplier - it then turns up with some of the material worn, they say they can't repair it, only replace it, but it is no longer available. I can't believe they are still trading if they treat all their customers as badly as me, and I haven't listed all of my grievances either!!!!!!!! AARGH - why can't any company provide good customer service anymore if it comes to that.

Sorry to hear about your problems. Personally I have been a customer of Freemans for 17 years and never had a problem. Maybe you've just been unlucky. : (
