where can i buy this little gadget to stop my ring moving around?

i have recently been bought a ring which is too big for me and it turns around. i had to have this size to get it over my knuckle. i believe you can buy something to attach to the ring underneath to stop it moving round but have no idea what they are called nor where to buy one from, any idea?

Ring adjusters. I've seen them in Bettaware catalogues etc.
