miniature daffodils

We're getting married in a few weeks and the idea we have for the name place + gift is miniature terracotta pots with miniature daffodils. Guest's names will be painted on each pot. We need to keep costs down but the finished effect is so important! Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to go about this i.e. any sites for nice artificial flowers? or is it possible to just buy a bunch of miniature daffodils and plant a stem in each pot? sorry, I don't know very much about gardening!

Any suggestions/help mush appreciated :-)
