For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You can open a dispute with EBay and get your money back (go to the link on MyEbay marked Resolution Centre). If you paid via EBay, you will need to raise the claim with them directly. I believe you can withdraw feedback if you have a good reason, so try searching the Help pages. If you win your claim, the seller will get a black mark anyway though. Good luck.
You cannot withdraw feedback on your own, but it can be mutually withdrawn which is unlikely given the circumstances. You can follow up your feedback and explain that a positive was left in error. As scoobysoo says, you can open a dispute to get your money back. Did they have positive feedback before this happened? If so I would try and contact again as it may have been a genuine error, how long have you been trying to get in touch?
best thing to do is open a dispute with paypal rather tan ebay because ebay won't give you you money back while paypal will. open your paypal account and click 'resolution centre' then follow the steps. either that or type in 'not as described' then there should be a few things come up on how to get your money back.
