Push-on shower mixer attachment

Does anyone know where I can buy a push on shower mixer attachement with one connction, to be fitted to a bath with just one tap (hot and cold combined). I'm not sure of the correct name, but it is a shower hose and head with rubber connections that you attach to the bath taps (for washing hair). I can find lots suitable for two taps - but not for one tap. Thanks!

I have only seen one on Ebay but I am currently, looking, this is what i have found so far...
