Khaki top

Years ago i bought a khaki top which had stitch detail i cant really describe it like the material was gathered slightly and sew with zig zag stiching and little bronze colored clasps on the gathered material near the shoulder, the label says NOTTINGHILL W11 the reason i'm saying all this is because it was my favourite top and my dog decided to eat it. i was wondering if anybody would recognize the description and be able to tell me where i could find another, any help would be much appreciated as i loved this top lol
