i have some salt dishes from my grandmother and i would like sell them, how can I go about doing this?

Either take them to an antique dealer and see if they are interested in buying them from you, put them on e-bay or take them to a local auction house for a free valuation and then enter them in the auction.
Get a valuation first and then decide which way to go.
