I ordered 2 jackets (that were both in stock at the time of ordering) online from NEXT in their sale (S +M) The small one turned up, but was too small. Despite the fact that the advice note said that the Medium jacket had also been sent, it was nowhere to be seen. When I contacted NEXT they told me it was sold out! My question is, where do I stand legally? Can I demand that they send me this jacket that they have promised me, but has now obviously got lost in transit? They've even had the cheek to bill me for both jackets on my latest invoice as well! aaarrrrggghh!!!!
To be honest even though it is a pain in the a**se and the company have acted a bit pants, really all they're gonna do is tell you to whistle. Which I agree is wrong but I fear that you won't ge much else out of them.
