Wooden Velux blinds

Is there such a thing as wooden venetion blinds for Velux windows? I can only find aluminium.

The only company I know that offered wooden blinds for velux window is Luxaflex, see http://www.luxaflex.com

They are very tricky to install and I think they only offer a full measure and fit service, expensive doesn't really do it justice.

I'd be tempted to stay away from wood for the Velux windows, because of the setting they get an awful lot of heat and can warp.

I'd try and give them a call on 0800 652 7799. They certainly used to do them, the Skylight book is the only one I don't have to hand, sorry.

There are no wooden blinds for velux windows but you may try these velux blinds available in blackout, roller pleated or venetian.
