Will boys think i am ugly so they will not talk to me. I try talking to one and he walked away, then i try a anther boy and he walked away. I dont no if its my hair, my clothes or even my boobs or what so i need help please

Don't think that it's you, I'm sure you are a lovely young girl. I have a teenage daughter and she has had boys walk away or be nasty for no reason and she is a nice person and pretty too. When a nice boy comes along you'll realise that the others were just horrible.
