Nitendo GameCube
2 Answers
I bought a secondhand GameCube on ebay. Everything has arrived and I can connect to the TV, receive the signal and change the clock and date via a controller. However, when I load a game it tells me there is no disk loaded. I've got 3 different games and it gives me the same message for all of them. I've tried to load it many times, I've pushed the disk hard down onto the Cube to make sure it's in the right place and I'm definitely not putting the disk in upside down. Does anyone have any ideas about what I might be doing wrong or what might be wrong with the Cube. Many thanks.

The description of the item should have given its condition.
In this case I would have checked to see whether the seller had a return's policy in case anything went wrong.
I would contact the seller first, if they are genuine and value their account status, they should be happy to help

I've read through the GameCube support pages here:

and I can't see anything which offers any likely solutions (except, possibly, this: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/ninte ndogamecube/trouble_errormessages.jsp#No%20Gam e )
It sounds like the disk drive has 'had it' and the GC is in need of repair. Sorry!
