How long should CRAMP pain last
8 Answers
Has anyone any idea how long cramp pain SHOULD last or is it differant for everyone.
Its just i get it now and again (probably 3 or 4 times a year), and last night was one of them. About 3 this morning to be exact, and yes hurts a lot (feels like my calf muscle is trying to get out of my leg)
Anyway, i still have the pain in my calf now, 13 hours later. is this normal? its fairly painful to walk and touch.
cheers

A magazine i was reading the over day said this is because of the lack of iron you have in your body.
I find rubbing heat cream into your leg really works, and driking lots of water. Try keeping your leg in a particular posistion.
My craps used to last for about 10 hours or so.
I went to the doctors about it once and had an xray but they just gave me pain relief tablets.
hope you feeling better soon.
