is it possible for coral to live anywhere other than its natural enviroment..

i was recently told about coral implants some people get to give the appearence of horns...so does that mean the coral is still living??

No, it's only the purified skeletal remains of the coral that's implanted in place of missing bone. New bone grows within the lattice of channels in the coral. The big advantage is that there's no rejection of the coral by the body. Read about it here.
