13 going on thirty birthday party

Any ideas what we can do for her birthday she wants a party but as she comutes to school all her freinds live far and wide so just not practical.I was thinking of getting a limo to pick them up from school but were could they go in London they all look way older than there age and are not allowed skating or anything were they might hurt themselves (dancers) but love music Thanks in advance

Is there anywhere near her school that you could hire a function room, that way everyone going could get there and should be able to get home.
If you have alot of cash to spend you could have a dinner party and hire a chef to make a three course meal. Then music and dancing later.
also i have found a website that does non-alcoholic cocktails you could offer instead of the usual soft drinks.

Hiring a function room in London is gonna cost too much we havent got a lot of money .Dont really think nail bar good idea as they are always experimenting with nnails and make up anyway.
