Isn't there a discrepancy over dates here? Zammo died in 1987, Stenders started in 1985, and Ian was only a whippersnapper then. However I've just checked on IMDb and no it isn't.

i don't think anybody understands me there was a boy who played peter beale before they replaced him with the actor that plays him now, he looks the spitting image of Zammo from grange hill and i wanted to know if he was his real brother,, IN REAL LIFE

no then as Zammo is Lee McDonald. The current peter beale is actually the fourth actor to play the part

I know what you mean too but as the actor who played Peter Beale before the cureent one probably wasnt even born til the 90's, I very much doubt it. The actor who played zammo would be old enough to be his dad!
