nintendo ds -v- psp

Hi guys
just want to ask ur opinion.
What is the better console for someone in their early 30's, nintendo ds or a psp?
cant decide!! would appreciate some help..

I am 36 and have always played Nintendo so I cannot comment on the psp, but I use my ds all the time! I take it on holiday, use it in bed etc. It has a wi-fi connection so if you have wireless broadband you can play people all over the world. The games are generally excellent (Touchmaster, 42 all star games & tetris are just a few wi-fi games). The battery lasts along time and the screen is backlit so you can play in the dark if you wish! All in all an excellent purchase.

I have both consoles and I must say I use the DS a lot more than the PSP. I think the PSP games are more focused for the male market and the DS has a better/wider range of games and the touch screen makes for really easy game play.

The PSP has more functionality as you can watch films, store photos, music etc.. but for gameplay I would go with the DS as I found the PSP can be slow when loading and changing from one part of a game to the next - you don't get that with the DS.

BTW I am in my late 30's
