You might find this of some use.
ID aromatics in leeds do a mail order service - if you google them you should find their site. I use the store and they are a great source of info and stock.
A good thing to remember is that she will only be able to use preblended oils or plain carrier oils, not pure essential oils
Scoobysoo - Not sure what you mean about not being able to use pure essential oils.

I have done a Holistic course and have passed both my Aromatherapy and Advanced Aromatherapy, and the point of these courses are that you have to use certain essential oils within your massages as well as learning their uses and how to mix them with carrier oils to use in massage. So a main point to these courses is not using premixed oils, but mixing yourself.

Shirley Price in Hinckley, Leicestershire are very good, and so is Quinessence in Leicestershire too.
If she is doing a holistic massage course and not specifically Aromatherapy, she cannot use pure oils
