It was on the Phil Spector Xmas album from years ago. Full of "soul" and R&B bands doing Xmas songs.
Some think it is the best Xmas album of all time.

I'd actually quite like to get a copy of the arrangement. A young friend of mine plays banjo and his sister plays bassoon, and I know they'd be up for giving us a little slot at our Christmas gig.
