I'm totally 'Lost'!

Can anyone help?

I am trying to get the 1st episode of season 4 of Lost... I don't want to download it. Someone told me it is possible to watch it online with Virgin Media or something like that but I have no idea where to start looking! Does anyone know where I can get it?

I know this isn't the Media section but this section is quicker... I know how it works.
