Has anyone else experienced high level of problems with Setanta? Lack of Service? No response to letters? and a very aggressive accounts department. Screen messages thet suggest remedies that don't work, and supply 'phone numbers that contain recorded messages similar to the the screen remedy? the 'Customer Service' department doesn't communicate with technical and accounts? and problems have to be constantly repeated to various 'first name only' people. Never getting to talk to a decision maker?
I had Setanta on a free promotion for 2mths
I phoned to tell them I didn't want to continue
but they still charged me via a telephone account
I phoned continously to solve the problem but to no avail the problem was sorted when I had a call fromSetanta asking me to continue etc
What nightmare it is a rip off anyway
so much for customer service
